Merchandise Committee

Committee Chairs: TBD

The Merchandise Committee designs the apparel and other items with the BASIS BR- Materra logo. They will coordinate the sale and distribution of all merchandise. Sales typically occur twice a semester. 

The responsibility of the committee chair includes:

  • Update members on discussions at the Booster general membership meetings

  • Organize merchandise stores facilitated by local vendors.

  • Solicit feedback and suggestions from school and families

  • Submit an End-of-Year Summary of all merchandise sold during the school year to the Booster Executive Board.

 

General working responsibilities for committee members include:

  • Attend committee meetings as needed.

  • Collectively make decisions on merchandise options.

  • Assist in merchandise selection 

  • Transport of merchandise and supplies to scheduled events 

 

Examples of last years activities: 

  • Coordination and advertisement of online stores

  • Selected merchandise vendors

  • Coordinated delivery of orders

  • Themed t-shirts (Fall Fest and Annual T-shirt Design)
