The Events Committee goals are to build community and raise funds for the Annual Teacher Fund through hosting events throughout the school year.

 

General working responsibilities for committee members include:

• Maintain a list of committee members (name, phone, address, email).

• Keep a record of expenditures and submit reimbursement requests to the Treasurer.

• Attend committee meetings as needed.

• Provide support for committee events 

 

The responsibility of the Committee Chair includes oversight and coordination of tasks done by fellow committee members as well as:

• Update members on discussions at the general Booster Club meetings

• Organize committee meetings as needed.

• maintain open communication with Element Parent Committee regarding the planning of events, requests for donations and reminders for events.

• Bring forward concerns or requests to the Booster Club Board for discussion or resolution.

• Submit an End-of-Year Summary report to the Booster Club Board.
