The Primary goals are:

• Secure Corporate Sponsorships

• Raise revenue through Individual Ticket Sales

• Raise revenue through Table Sales

• Secure Program Book Advertisements

• Secure unique and valuable, silent and live auction items

The responsibility of the Committee Chair includes oversight and coordination of tasks done by fellow committee members as well as:

• This person is the master motivator behind the Gala and Auction.

• Manage the planning of the event (location, theme, décor, menu, etc.), manage the completion of all aspects of the auction and the event, and serve as the liaison between the committee and the Boosters.
   

General working responsibilities for committee members include:

• Help bring the Gala theme/décor scheme to life. 

• Help with all creative aspects of the event. 

• Help with entertainment for the event.

• Help with Ticket Sales 

• Assist with Auction

• Ensure that everything is transported to the event location and that all aspects of the event are ready before the start. 

• Thank You note to all the sponsors and donors

• Members will be required to volunteer at the actually GALA

Gala Committee is responsible for procuring items and keeping a running tally of who donated.
